These types of floorcoverings are 100% natural and made from plant fibres. These fibres are woven together to form hardwearing, exotic floorcoverings with incredible tactility and unusual aesthetical appearance. Each plant fibre has their own performance and aesthetical characteristics which make them all individual, and suitable for a multitude of different uses. This type of floorcovering is fitted is a different manner to traditional carpets in that it is ‘double stuck’, fitted on to ‘blind gripper’ with no pins and the edges are usually sealed for additional durability. This is a specialist floorcovering that requires an experienced fitter to install.
